1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service offered by PetalRise Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase any courses.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must create an account to enroll in our professional floristry courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. PetalRise Collective reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Course Purchases and Payments

All purchases are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely via our third-party providers. Once enrollment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to the digital course materials. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 25% of content.

• Promotional codes may only be used once per user
• Certificates are issued only after full course completion

4. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

All course videos, guides, flower-arrangement templates, and community resources remain the exclusive property of PetalRise Collective. You may download materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written consent.

5. User Conduct on Fallows Community

When posting in the Fallows forum, you agree not to share spam, offensive content, or copyrighted material. We reserve the right to remove posts and ban users who repeatedly violate community guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

PetalRise Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for courses in the preceding twelve months.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California under California law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
